    • Behaviour management plans
    • Privacy and confidentiality
    • Anti-bullying
    • Schedule 5 notification of events
    • Visitors to the home
    • Recruitment and selection
  4. Review of outcomes for young people:
    • Emotional well-being
    • Medication and medical treatment
    • Education and achievements
    • Young peoples' meetings
  5. Review of Leadership and Management practice:
    • Supervisions, appraisals, management checks
    • Staff meetings
    • Ratio/rotas
    • Drills, tests and equipment
    • Homes daily logs and diary events
    • Risk assessments
    • Installation and health and safety checks (IOSH qualified)
  6. Review of equality and diversity:
    • Young persons' care plan
    • Living area
  7. Evaluation and feedback - Feedback to the Homes Manager and Responsible Individual.
